NEW FOUND PASSIONNNNNNNN
8:32:00 PM

I have a new found passion. And a long story about the acquiring of le passion to accompany.

This passionate day was Monday, May 7, 2007. I skipped track which I have been doing frequently in the past 2 weeks and was expecting an amaaaaaazing creation from Coldstone Creamery by the one and only Otto Man.
Danya Elk and I trotted on over to the favorite store of Joanna Chiang. What was to be found was a horrendous sight. We see that it is quite dark in the store. I am puzzled. I peer through the glass doors expecting to see Otto working on a creation.
I do not.
I begin to panic. I insist on SCREAMING and POUNDING on the glass doors and windows and YELLING "OTTO OPEN THE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR NOWW." In spite of my efforts, there is no answer. By this time, I am on the verge of tears. I come to the conclusion that today, for some unfortunate occurance, Coldstone was not open. Twas a blazing hot day. How could it not open? Danya and I resumed standing there for approximately 5 more minutes in hopes of Otto Man miraculously poofing out of nowhere. Nothing.
So, Jessica Lee and Lauren I-Don't-Know-Her-Last-Name come over to our hysteric selves. They share our sadness. They suggest that they are going to head on over to Baja Fresh to indulge in burritos. I was starving, so I agreed and dragged Danya along. We reached our destination and I decided on a Chicken Baja Burrito ENCHILADO Style. I did not know what I was about to feast my eyes and tastebuds on. After waiting approximately 5 minutes, my buzzer buzzed. I was number 43.
I retrieved my feast and dug in. My first bite was...one word...orgasmic. I'm sorry I had to resort to that word, but that's the only word that described this Chicken Baja Burrito Enchilado Style.
On the middle of the plate was a burrito the size of Ginny Kutcher SMOTHERED in red sauce and melted cheese. Alongside was a heaping of sour cream (Daisy no doubt) and pico de gallo. If that wasn't enough, there is a helping of slightly burnt CHIPS with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Can you say PERFECT? I ate this heavensent creature in record time and wasn't even full. I could've eaten 5 more.
So on May 8, 2007, OTTO WASN'T THERE?!?!??!?!?!?!?! It was just the owners!!! Danya and I thought of the most horrible thought: What if Otto doesn't work there anymore. We asked the man if Otto still worked there and he's like "Yes he isn't here today though."
We clicked our heels in joy and continued to Baja Fresh because you can't have Coldstone without Otto. I ordered another CHICKEN BAJA BURRITO ENCHILADO STYLE and gorged. DELISH.
Then I had a revelation. The total cost of one burrito is $8.14 I know it's ridiculous. But I truly believe that it is worth every single penny. THEN I realized I could not go on eating one every day which is what I was planning. This is because if I spent $8.14 everyday, that would calculate out to $40.70 a week and that is UNETHICAL! AND to think about how many calories and how unhealthy that is? I decided to limit myself to 3 times a month at the most. That's still a lot a lot. But I can't hold back my passion. That's not healthy.

The next time you are at Baja Fresh, I advise you to order the Chicken Baja Burrito Enchilado Style. You will appreciate it, I assure you.
